Hi! Our wonderful 11-person community house, Eucalyptus, has one full-time opening available in spring 2026. See below for more information about the available room and timeline!
We're looking to live with supportive, invested, and respectful community members. We don't care about what you do or how you do it, but we are looking for someone who actively contributes to the community in their own unique way, keeps shared spaces neat, practices good communication, and is as stoked to hang out with us as we are with you! We love makers, creativity, community spirit, and a willingness to do. If you're enthusiastic, kind, and love to be around humans who are the same, this is the place for you! (:
Description: This room is located on the first floor and is a book or art collector’s dream! Floor-to-ceiling built-in shelves cover three out of the four walls, which make it a super unique and cozy space. The room is on the smaller side, but can easily fit a queen-sized bed (pictured), and has a closet. There’s a small window next to the desk that gets sunlight during morning hours.
Rent: Rent is $1,196.76 + ~$190 for utilities and cleaning per month, security deposit: $2,025.75

Backyard Dia de los Muertos/Sukkot celebration :)
We're a group of mid-20s to mid-30s adults who work in a range of professions, from data to design to medicine to philosophy to social impact and public health. Our hobbies are even wider-ranging - we have jazz aficionados, triathletes, backpackers, cross-country skiers, punk/indie concert goers/organizers, ceramics pros, ear piercers, mechanics, bread bakers, transit nerds, runners, gravel and road bikers, plant lovers, skilled cooks, roller skaters, and many more. From deep conversations to cuddling around the fire, we generally try to make space to connect and really get to know each other.
